The Tishman Environment and Design Center hosts the Environmental Studies programs at The New School. These are undergraduate degrees – a BA and BS – that bring together the study of ecosystem science, urban policy and sustainable design. The Tishman Center also supports faculty research in the areas of urban ecosystems, food systems and designing social innovations, and public programming, such as this talk by Bill McKibben on October 22nd.
